    Neatly stay connected to your peripherals, power and the Internet with just 1 connection to your notebook.  Includes 6 USB ports, 1 RJ-45 port (Ethernet, for connection to Internet or home network), 1 VGA port (for an external monitor), 1 S-video port, 1 composite video port, 1 set of component video out ports, 1 headphone jack, 1 SPDIF digital audio port, 1 stereo microphone port and infrared port (for optional remote control).
    Use your notebook's display as your monitor and save desk space.  Adjust the height to a position that is comfortable for you.
    Plus, it includes a full-size wireless keyboard and wireless optical mouse.  Other features include integrated Altec Lansing stereo speakers with on-board volume controls, 1 AC adapter power jack (supports the notebook's AC Adapter) and 1 Kensington lock slot. Comes with a USB receiver, as well as 2 AA and 2 AAA batteries for the wireless keyboard and mouse.
    Also charges your notebook's battery.

Using the included expansion base adapter†, the xb3000 is also compatible (with reduced functionality) with the following models that have Expansion Port 2: HP Pavilion ze2000, dv1000, dv4000, dv5000, dv8000; Compaq Presario M2000, V2000, V4000, V5000; and HP Special Edition L2000 series notebooks. †NOTE: When used with a notebook that requires the expansion base adapter, the following features are not supported: VGA port (monitor must be connected directly to notebook's VGA port), power button (must use power button on notebook), stereo microphone jack (only mono is supported).
